And so, upon arriving home, and first things always being first, I popped a nice Belgian Tripel and commenced with the chopping.

Into the oil with the asparagus, fish, lemons, and (a thing I have wanted to try), roasted jalapenos.

Lovely, lovely.

A bit of Drunken Goat, papas y aioli, and other accoutrement.
Let's not forget a very nice Juan Gil Jumilla red for Jonny "Espana" Hamachi.
No tins were harmed in the making of this dinner.
